    We're heading out to beautiful Seattle this fall and of course, we're going to be finding the best Japanese Curry Seattle has to offer!

    There's only one restaurant in Seattle (that I've found) that serves curry anything like the stuff that makes the universe complete at 3am in Japan after a heavy night of drinking: Fort St George.

    It's about so-so on the quality scale, but 10/10 on the authenticity scale. Bouns points for having a name so nonsensical that it actually could be a joint in Japan.
