When my wife and I visited Hawaii once, we went to a curry restaurant and they offered grated cheese on top. I thought it was strange since I never had that when I lived in Japan. My wife said that it's not that uncommon. So I tried it and LOVED it! You wouldn't think it would be good, but it was. Now when we have curry night at home (which usually last over 4 nights) we often put grated cheese on top. Just pre-shredded cheddar/jack mix is good.
Anyone else love cheese on their curry?
