CoCo Ichibanya in Japan had a constantly-running contest for a long time where if you ate 1,300 grams or whatever of curry rice, it's free. (Otherwise it's like $20.)
They stopped it a while back, though. That really held no appeal for me -- like, it seemed like an excellent way to make myself actually dislike curry. And then where would I be?

Hehe grams and weight for rice really hold no meaning to me, I wonder how many cups worth that would be. Not that I want to make myself sick eating curry but it'd be interesting to try as I can down lots of rice. The temperature is the only thing that slows me down.

Seriously, if I ever become serious about Coco Ichibanya's curry challenge, I would take a giant 7-11 Big Gulp cup, mix curry rice with water and then drink it. Of course, that means I would probably never want to eat curry rice again.
